Weekend Fun!

The Duffy's came down for the weekend so we got to spend some time with them! Aundrea (11), Carmen Duffy (10), & Patrice Whetten (10) were unseperable! They played every second in Grandma & Grandpa Hill's backyard!

We love it when family comes to visit!

It was "Wacky Wednesday" for Gabe's class because they were learning the letter "W".

Thanks to Aundrea, Gabe was definately the wackiest!

Gabe is the perfect "wackiest"! Hysterical! Love the pictures of the girls! Your camera was inundated with them! HaHa If you can - send me them over email! It was fun, short 24 hours visit!

Summer

We have had an amazing & eventful summer so far! For 10 days in June my parents took all of us plus all of the Hill children & their families to Maui, Hawaii. We had an incredible time there. Thank you so much Mom & Dad for this once in a lifetime experience! We loved being together in paradise as an eternal family. How blessed we are to have such close relationships with everyone! We stayed in Kaanapali Shores and enjoyed playing on the beaches, snorkeling, driving up to the Haaleakala Volcano, swimming, getting crushed by waves, getting tan, eating, and relaxing! We could've stayed forever! Three days before we left for Hawaii my mom had a major stroke but thanks to a miracle she was able to go to Hawaii as planned and is recovering so well. Experiences like that really help give you an eternal perspective & make you grateful for your blessings.
Our subdivision has a lot of people who light off huge fireworks so we've made the tradition of having a bbq at our house, lighting off fireworks and watching our neighbors big displays. This year was even better with Brian surprising us with an enormous firework display. The 4th of July is his favorite holiday! We were all in awe and sometimes a little scared! Thanks Brian! Grandma & Grandpa Evans, Grandma & Grandpa Hill, Mike & Cassie, & Kade were all here!
Sunday, July 6th Brian blessed Zander then after everyone came over to our house for lunch & a birthday celebration for Brian. He turned 35 by the way!
